ACCESS thanks the Prime Minister, Treasurer and Health Minister for listening to the women of Australia and the couples and families who have written to them expressing their concern at the proposed restrictions to proven medical treatment to assist them to have a family. We are extremely grateful for the government’s decision to defer any proposed cuts to Medicare reimbursement for IVF. We are looking forward to bringing the patient voice to this review.
